- Snapchat to introduce new feature in upcoming update: Snapchat is breaking its long-standing “no links” rule today while also providing some novel new creative tools to keep it one step ahead of Instagram. The new features are rolling out globally on iOS and Android thanks to an update today.
- Paperclip lets you attach a website to a Snap that friends can swipe up to open in Snapchat’s internal browser.
- Backdrops lets you cut out an object from your Snap and put a colorful or artsy pattern behind it to make it stick out.
2.Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Leaks: Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has been part of rumours for quite some time but the latest leaks have maintained a certain consistency. Following the same trend, new leaks have again showed the dual camera setup on the smartphone and the leaked smartphone cases have further revealed that Samsung might not be ditching the 3.5mm headphone jack any time soon on its devices.
In a Facebook post, which shows a zoomed-in picture of the dual cameras at the back, the setup seen shown to have dual cameras, LED flash and heart-rate sensor (in vertical orientation), and the fingerprint scanner in this order from left to right, as pointed out in a report by GSMArena. Notably, this is the same design that has previously been suggested by other leaks and renders as well.
3.Google Earth Now Introduces Live Video Support: With the live video feed, viewers will be able to watch live activities from different locations, first one being the Katmai National Park in Alaska. The live video from the location shows brown bears coming back to action after a long hibernation period to catch salmons jumping out of the Brooks river. Google has used the live video facility of Explore.org to set up five cameras across the park, out of which one stays underwater to stream salmons darting upward.
